Privacy policy
Effective 7 October 2026. This policy covers CleanFinish: Job Photo Reports (com.cleanfinish.app), published by NK Tools.
1. Your jobs and photos
Job names, customer names, manually entered addresses, checklists, business branding, notes, photos and PDF reports are stored in the app on your Android device. CleanFinish does not send that job content to an app server or use it as advertising-targeting data. No CleanFinish account is required.
Imported photos are copied to private app storage and normalized for reports. The original file is not changed. CleanFinish does not retain imported GPS metadata in its normalized image copies. Job work and PDF generation can be performed offline.
2. Camera, time and address sources
Camera permission is used only when you choose to capture a job photo. You may instead import a photo using Android's document picker. The app does not request broad photo-library or GPS access. A job address is entered and confirmed by you. In-app photo time comes from the device clock; an imported photo has an unknown capture time and a separately recorded import time. Reports are not tamper-proof or independently verified evidence.
3. Sharing and saving reports
When you share or save a PDF, Android gives it to the destination you select. A recipient, another app or a cloud storage provider may process that report under its own policies. Review customer information before sharing, and obtain any permission you need to photograph or document a property.
4. Advertising and consent
CleanFinish uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform. These services may collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), advertising/app-set or other device identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostics for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. This is separate from your locally stored job content. Google states that data collected by its advertising SDK is encrypted in transit.
Where required, the consent SDK presents choices before ad requests are permitted. When applicable, Settings provides Ad privacy choices. You can also manage the advertising ID through Android settings. Ads and consent requests require a network connection; failure to load them does not prevent job work. See Google's privacy policy, Google's advertising controls and Google's SDK data disclosure.
5. Retention and deletion
Local jobs and reports remain until you delete them, clear the app's storage or uninstall it. Deleting a job removes its app-private photos but keeps previously created PDFs in Reports; delete those separately if desired. Copies already exported or shared remain in the locations or recipients you selected. Save important reports outside the app before uninstalling.
There is no CleanFinish account to delete and no job-content database maintained by NK Tools on a server. Advertising data is retained by Google according to its policies; deleting local app data does not erase Google's records. Use Google's privacy controls for those records. Contact us about questions or data you have sent directly to support.
6. Support and this website
If you email us, we receive the email address and information you choose to send and use it to respond and resolve your request. Do not send private customer photos or addresses unless needed for your support request. We retain support correspondence only as needed to resolve issues and meet applicable obligations. You may request deletion of support correspondence.
This static website uses no analytics, advertising scripts or account system. Its hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes ordinary connection information such as IP address and technical request data to deliver and secure the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
7. Intended audience
CleanFinish is a business utility for adult cleaning professionals, not an app directed at children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app or applicable requirements. The effective date above identifies the current version.
